Seeking an senior level AWS/Amazon Connect engineer to help with a migration of a large Genesys Contact Center solution onto Amazon Connect. Experience with Avaya will be desirable.

- Familiar with Contact center solutions and call flows
- Hands on with Integrations to Connect
- understands architecture and capabilities of AWS Connect
- related services such as Kinesis, Lex, Lambda
- Understands CTR and Agent Event data for custom report development.
